The Brief
Pilgrims to Rome is a register charity that encourages, informs, and assists those making a journey to Rome along historical pilgrimage routes on foot, bicycle or horseback.They came to us looking for a complete rebuild of their old site which no longer reflected their or worked effectively. As part of this rebuild they were looking to rebrand the charity completely and we also worked on a new logo design and brand colours.
The solution
We started with a logo design, bringing the design up to date while keeping it relevant to the work they do. We then looked at brand colours for the site and their marketing and how best to represent the ancient history of the route, while engaging with modern pilgrims. We decided on a fresh, modern, professional but welcoming design that grouped all the information on the site clearly and concisely.
The site needed to have an online shop and a way for new members to sign up for membership packages. The current system was rather clunky and involved several steps, so we streamlined that into a simple form with payment options.
The editor was updated to make it easy for them to manage the site for themselves ongoing.
