Kate Makes Chocolates makes luxury hand made chocolates both to buy on her popular seasonal stall in The Goods Shed Canterbury and as gifts and favours for weddings, parties and other events. Kate wanted a fun, fresh looking website that matched the hand drawn style of her existing logo and label designs. As a two page design the site keeps all the information immediately available to the viewer, with important contact and delivery details grouped together on the contact page.

The design incorporates a “chocolate box” feel by including ribbons and soft pink stripes, with modern bistro style elements and a suggestion of her market stall in the blackboard and chalk elements. The hand written font echoes her hand drawn style.

The site features a Flavours Gallery with a image slider that allows you to scroll through each of her fifteen gorgeous flavours. It also has a standard lightbox gallery, cycling testimonials and contact form, plus social media links

The site is also hosted and managed by Bridget Designs.
